1. You must email the REFUND REQUEST to the email address located below.
2. You must PROVIDE THE INFORMATION required to process your refund including but not limited to: full name, date of purchase, and email addressed used to enroll in the course. The course must be completed with the assignments completed. Please submit your completed assignments with the reason why you are requesting a refund.
3. Your request must be submitted within 3 days.
Refunds are taken very seriously. I've spent years developing this material. It's not cheap because it is that good and it works. I know unexpected things happen and I don't believe you should be penalized because your timing was off or something terrible happened to you.
We will review your situation and refund you in full if you meet the refund criteria listed above. If granted, please allow us 14 days to process your refund. We need time to read your request and request the funds be returned via the financial institution. Refund time could be longer during the holidays as banks are closed.
If you paid by credit card, it typically takes one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
